I'm sure all of you have people in your area that go all out door at
Christmas Decorations their yards. We have one whose electric bill will
be $6000 . His family has been doing it for 40 years.

-I think they do it more here than up north. -we have a trailer park about 4 miles from here..and tonight we
were coming home from dinner with friends and I tell ya you needed
blinders on to go past this one trailer....the whole thing was covered
in lights and the sidewalk and all around their property
too.....geesh...but what got me was the color...it was a blue that sent
you right into a migraine headache...gosh awful color....my eyes still
hurt from looking at it...I will avoid that area until the spring -I would like to have seen it. Blue is my favorite color for lites but I
have to agree, some people just go nuts at Christmas. I think there's a song
about that. -I know the electric company gets rich here at this time of year.
People have their yards and homes so bright you don't need street lights
or car lights on at night.
They really go all out here in Western New York. |
