of girlfriends have decided to exchange handmade ornaments each year. I
need some good ideas - easy but a little funky
Does anyone have any clever ideas for handmade Christmas ornaments? |

Yes actually there are several - the most common it to use old christmas
cards. I will try and dig up the directions. I like to make "icicle"-type ornaments out of beads. Use craft wire and a
variety of beads to make any color you like. I call them icicle ornaments
because they tend to start out wide at the top and taper at the bottom by the
use of gradually smaller size beads. Michaels has a seemingly endless variety of
beads to choose from. I saw something similar on one of the HGTV shows and then
modified the design over time. |
