there is a shop in Sussex St (well, the one with the picture framing shop
and musical instruments shop) that sells religious books, nativity scenes
etc etc - maybe not exactly what you want but it's a start.
On the subject of which, are we going to start a compo for 'worst exterior
xmas decorations'? |

Last year's mayor awarded a prize for best decorations to an address in
Akeman Street. The Secret Garden at Burwash Manor Barns has a big marquee full of
decorations. They have a lot of traditional stuff as well as modern stuff.
Naomi Have you seen that video of a guy/gal, yes in America, with Christmas
decorations on his/her house that move in time to The Nutcracker ? You
might be able to find it on YouTube. It's so OTT that it brought a tear
to my eye when I saw it last year. |
