it is less than ONE week before Thanksgiving. I usually wait until
Thanksgiving to start putting up the Christmas stuff. But I am going early this
year since it will take me at least a week to get everything done.
I have over 3 thousand lights for the outside, a manger scene, a santa, a
snowman, and of course the reindeer to get out and candles that gow, ETC...
Its been 3 years since I have gone all out with Christmas decorations.
I know it is a little early, but I wont lite it up until the day after
Thanksgiving. YaHoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! With working 6 days a week (working on
Thanksgiving too) I figured it would make it easier if I started early.
I made up some easy lowcarrb treats too... something that I can snack on while
doing this decoration stuff....
The Christmas Tree that we do in the house WILL WAIT until after Thanksgiving
however.... Also got two Talking Douglas Firs to get out... They will drive ya
NUTS when you walk by them and they start singing.... Haha....
Oppps.,.. Almost forgot,,,, I made up another webpage for a CheeseCake that is
really easy to make that you might enjoy for the Thanksgiving Holidays or
Christmas Holidays.... The link is below.
Is making Christmas Decorations easy? Pls, share your experience? |

Wouldja post some pics of your lights for us? I'd love to see 'em. We never take ours down as there are 8 months of winter and 4 of
non-winter here I got the icicle lights up.... They looked terrific until they
all blew out.
I thought that it might of been a circuit breaker that shot, but it wasn't.
Now I guess that I will have to check the fuses in the lights tomorrow to see
if any of them blew. If they did... oh well... Aluminum foil works just as
good.... snickering... |
