It's getting to be that time of year when panic sets in and I need to
figure out Christmas presents for my family. Wendy/Frood's mention of 5 (!) Christmas projects turned on a switch in my head and I realized I
haven't executed or even planned the Christmas projects/gifts yet. So
what are YOU making for Christmas? I need some ideas. |

The Christmas project I have not yet started is a table runner for my
MIL. I've got a panel piece with the 12 days of Christmas on it. I'm
going to cut apart each "day", sash with coordinating fabric, and line
them up, 6 facing up and 6 facing down, so that you can see them from
either side of the table. Make sense? MIL has a long table (7 kids, all
married, most with kids), and she really likes to decorate for Christmas. The 4 other projects are Christmas presents (surprises, so I can miss the
deadline if I have too ), and are the Block Party baby quilt, the
Cowboy baby quilt, and 3 I Spys, for my 3 older children. And that's it! I swear!
Wendy, sad that my fave LQS is currently out of Thangles, and I have to
wait. On Tue, 10 Oct 2000 15:14:53 GMT, Alison.Adams spoke, and these pearls of
wisdom spewed forth... |
