boy do I hear you Bambi. IT IS like opening Christmas presents, but so
far I ended up keeping about four presents that I ordered and had to reorder
as gifts.............not economical at this rate. This morning I was talking to an OM that just started ordering Christmas
presents online. She can't believe how easy it is to get things online that
she couldn't get in the stores because they were out of stock. I personally
find it much cheaper, convenient and easier to get popular items online,
especially at a time when they can't be put on the shelves fast enough. I hate using the credit card, but how much more convenient it is than
writing out 50 checks to 50 different places, fighting crowds, etc. |

Add me to the list of happy online shoppers! Beware, however; don't
wait until the last minute to check out the contents of your packages! I did
that last year - just put everything into a locked closet and a week before
Christmas decided it was time to start wrapping. I found I was missing lots of
stuff! Even had one item that was on the packing list, but not in the package.
This year, I'm checking each box as it comes in. So far - so good! With free shipping being offered on a lot of sites, it just doesn't pay to drive
to the mall and fight the crowds! |
