Hypothetically... if your upstairs neighbour decided to cover their
part of your house with flashing Christmas lights, could there be any
legal aspect to this? In the sense of nuisance laws/contravening
planning permission/anything else available? Christmas lights all over your house questionI live in the Camden borough and my upstairs neighbour has done
exactly this, much to my regret. Their festivities have made a disco
of my living room. |

you see what you do is, while they are asleep you make up some cable attach
it to their lights and draw the power into your house to power your tv,
fridge or whatever. Then your compensated with a lower electricity bill,
they are happy, you are happy until the next bill comes through |
