-Sometimes I wish I just had settled for one or two. I have a big house, but it gets hard to store the "stuff" in safe places. Every time I see a new or old craft, I want to learn how to do it. Even tried my hand at toothbrush rug making -I used to dabble in all sorts of crafts, way back in the days before children, when one had time, space and money. Now I do mainly counted xstch. I often wonder for the people who try all sorts of new crafts, how do you do it? Where do you find the time? Doesn't it get costly with all that you have to buy to start a craft? How do you store it all? -ou're welcome to come out here and play with my rubber stamps. I lost track at 200, and I try NOT to add up how much I've spent on stamps and supplies. Lucy guesstimated $5000 just before I popped three caramels in her mouth to shut her up. :) But there again, the glitter can be used for other crafts, the paper cutters can be used for other crafts, the fancy cardstock can be used for XS cards....... I was never much into florals simply because I always lived in tiny places with almost no storage for out-of-season items. My box of Christmas decorations and (don't tell Tia Mary) artificial tree took up most of the available space. So, I bought one bunch of flowers and they sat out from January to November, when I put them in the (now empty) Christmas box and replaced them with pointsettias in the same vase. A few years ago, I got a steal on two "hope chests" through the Betty Crocker catalogue (I think they were $99 + 500 points), so I now have two extra "seats" in my living room, and hidden storage for most (but not all) my yarn stash. And I wisely bought the house with a full basement to hide the rest of my stash.
