christmas ornaments for guests

My wedding will be December 14 of this year and I have had a hard time comming up with what to give to the guests. I recently attended a wedding where we each received a photo before we left of us with ur date or family. I thought this was unique (better than the traditional candies or something like that. Anyways since the wedding is near Christmas I thought it would be nice to find Ornaments and write my fiance and I's name and wedding date on the ornament. Has anyone ever done this? If so is there any place that I can go to to get something like this done at a bulk price? I hope that as Christmas approaches I will have an easier time getting info about something like this, but I hoped maybe someone else out there had some ideas.

-We are getting married one week before you (six months from yesterday--eek!), and we had considered doing ornaments as favors. As it turns out, we aren't (we're giving individual bottles of champagne instead), but here is what I was going to do: Buy glass ornaments in the wedding colors and glue Christmas-y things to the top (sprigs of fake holly, evergreen, etc.). Then get some ribbon printed with our names and the wedding date and tie it to the part that the ornament hands from. I figured that that way people would have an ornament and if they wanted our names on it, fine, but if not, they could just take the ribbon off and still use the ornament. -This might take a little more legwork than finding a shop, but you could save money by finding someone who does crafts and things from their home. I have two aunts who do this, and their work is *beautiful*. I would think that they would be more inclined to give you a discount than someone who has the overhead costs of a shop, etc. They would also be able to paint your names, etc. on ornaments that you bought elsewhere. To find someone, I'd suggest going to a craft show in your area. Although they won't be showing Christmas items yet (probably! who knows these days?) they will be able to talk to you about the kinds of things they can make. -i didn't do this for a wedding, but last christmas, i made victorian kissing balls for my large extended family. i used interestingly colored glass ornaments (perfect idea for wedding color here). then i hot glued matching or contrasting ribbon around the ball in two directions, like wrapping a present. a put a bow on the bottom where the ribbons crossed and then glued mistletoe in the center of the bow, sprayed gold or silver since green didn't match my color choices. then on the top, i glued tiny poinsettas, holly etc. the kissing part might make it a good idea for a wedding, you could even put little tags on them with your name and date and the significance of it on the other
