what'd everyone get?

what'd everyone get?I got GARCIA from my fiance! YAY Beanie dance!!!! Also my fabulous parents-in-law-to-be got us some BADLY needed items for our apartment :) Best of all, I finally got to have a REAL Christmas (long story)

-we discussed the fact that we share the anniversary date....now we share gifts. My hubby gave me a saphire/diamond necklace, and a Boyd figurine for our anniversary! -We had a great TY Christmas. Thanks to June and Di, my youngest daughter actually had tears in her eyes when she opened up her Britannia and also read the letter that Santa had enclosed with her Britannia. She has wanted this one for so long and had given up hope when it retired - little did she know that Santa had helpers throughout the world with this one. She was in shock. Ashley's favourite beanie or actually Buddy was her Princess Buddy and Princess now sleeps beside Ashley in her own little bed, all tucked in each night. They got beanies and buddies galore and even Mom and Dad got some, with me getting Snowboy, Cranberry, Wise and Chris getting a Salvinos Mark McGwire and a wise-cracking Golfer Slammer, which is hilarious. We also received some wonderful Christmas presents from south of the border which included Puffkins, Mooses, Christmas bears and some wonderful Attics. *Big wave and hugs to Lisa and the Girls and Jellybean*. It was a great Christmas and we all enjoyed our presents but best of all it, was a quiet Christmas with the four of us. -The hit this Christmas was my daughter receiving her Germania (thanks Knut!!!). The doubletake was precious, then asking me if this was 'really' Germania, and if it was for her. The funniest thing was that she had spent about a week hitting her brother with the mailing tube that Germania was shipped to the states in ... complete with the beanie still inside - the girl never had a clue -At our house, Britannia hid in a little papier-mache decoupage box decorated with teddy bears, which matched two smaller boxes that you'd keep on the dresser to store hair clips, jewelry, or whatever. I put a little teddy bear Christmas ornament in each of the smaller boxes, so opening the third was quite a surprise
